The above book was written by a Christian named "Carol Smith".   The book is published by Humble Creek, Inspiration for Life.  P.O Box 719, Uhrichsville, OH 44683.

It is in contradiction to the bible.  On page 25 it reads,

"A people called the Sumerians moved to Mesopotamia and established their civilization."

Carol is specifically saying that the Sumerians established their civilization.   Sumeria is where the Garden of Eden was located.

So, where's the contradiction?  Here it is:

We read in the Book of Genesis, Chapter 2 verse 8; "And the LORD God planted a garden eastward in Eden; and there he put the man whom he had formed."

When you plant you ESTABLISH.  When you establish you FOUND.

Plant - 1 a: to put or set in the ground for growth <plant seeds> b: to set or sow with seeds or plants c: implant2 a: establish , institute b: colonize , settle c: to place (animals) in a new locality d: to stock with animals3 a: to place in or on the ground b: to place firmly or forcibly <planted a hard blow on his chin>4 a: conceal b: to covertly place for discovery, publication, or dissemination

Establish - 1: to institute (as a law) permanently by enactment or agreement 2 obsolete : settle 7 3 a: to make firm or stable b: to introduce and cause to grow and multiply <establish grass on pasturelands>4 a: to bring into existence : found <established a republic> b: bring about , effect <established friendly relations>5 a: to put on a firm basis : set up <establish his son in business> b: to put into a favorable position c: to gain full recognition or acceptance of <the role established her as a star>6: to make (a church) a national or state institution7: to put beyond doubt : prove <established my innocence>

People in the modern world are living in a state of deception and are passing fables on to the next generation.  I call this, "The tumbling domino effect".   The bible even makes reference to it:

II Corinthians 4:4;  "In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them."

When you blind someone you bestow lies upon them making them teach or preach those lies to future generations.   This obviously points to a deception that took place sometime in the history of earth.

Revelation 12:9; And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.

The Book of Revelation was written some 2,000 years ago by someone named John.   Again, we can see in scripture that even in John's day he recognized that people around him were living in a state of deception, hence "deceiveth".   And that the word means that generations before him were also living in a state of deception.

Would you believe me if I told you there is no End Days deception?   Those who are living the lie referred to by Revelation 12:9 will believe there is.
