Gehlen Organization, copying Hitler's New Order, established
a concentration camp system in San Luis Obispo County. It was called the
California Specialized Training Institute. It developed plans called the

There
over 600 prison
camps in the United States, all fully operational and ready to receive

the Director of Resource Management for the U.S. Army confirmed the
validity of a memorandum relating to the establishment of a civilian
inmate labor program under development by the Department of the Army.

draft Army regulation on civilian inmate labor utilization" and the
procedure to "establish civilian prison camps on

source who worked at the plant said that the train cars were prison cars
ordered and paid for by the United
Nations. He also said that the boxcars had shackles and racks
built inside by another company before they left Oregon.
The rail line ends in Ft. Nelson, BC where there is a military base. It
has been reported by Canadians that most of the military bases in Canada
have been designed and built to be utilized as concentration/prison
